In my early 60’s I felt stuck in every aspect of my life! I had completely lost my mojo and couldn’t see how I was going to change things.
Then I was very fortunate to discover through social media, the most wonderful and inspirational coach in Heidi Fossali. I have had coaches previously but it is only Heidi that really understood my situation and gave me the self-belief and motivation that I had been lacking.
We set goals together and within one year everything has changed! I realised my dream of moving to the South of France and I feel so much more confident in myself.
My self-esteem has increased as we focussed on health and fitness goals, I have also learnt so much from Heidi’s expertise in styling, makeup and how to present myself in a more confident way.
I have also been introduced to Heidi’s growing GLOW Community of ladies who are also benefiting greatly from Heidi’s coaching and have made some wonderful friends from around the world.
