What is Your Mission in Life?

GOOD GOD! I thought as I sat there, that’s a big frickin’ question for a room of 5,000 people. It was 5 months ago when I attended the ‘Greatest Show on Earth’ … ‘Date with Destiny’ in Palm Beach, Florida, led by the amazing Mr Tony Robbins himself. He expertly led us, like the Pied Piper, on a 6-day journey of physical, emotional and spiritual discovery!
Day 5 was ‘Transformation Day’ and this HUGE question needed an answer, amongst MANY others … we were asked to write our ‘Mission Statement’… Where do you start? What does that mean? Where am I? Can I call a friend?

I needed to create a powerful mission statement for my life.

It had to be something that empowers me, it needs to be a phrase that gives me energy and excitement, it should make me feel focused and motivated.

Here it is :-   I, Heidi Fossali, see, know, hear and feel, that the purpose of my life is to live with courage and passion and share my love, light and energy with everyone.

Each one of us has a different life mission and purpose… WHAT’S YOURS?
Give it some thought – try scribbling down some ideas about what your mission statement could be.  Keep it short, keep it simple, you want to be able to repeat it daily.  It’s important to remember it can evolve and don’t try to be perfect!

Your mission statement needs to be something you can BE, something that you can DO and something that you can GIVE.

Bonne chance!

FEAR OF CHANGE Remember when we tried sneaking a ‘new food’ on our children’s plate and they flicked it off with a “uugh’ and a giggle as it landed on the dog! I remember that secure feeling of knowing my Mum was at home when I walked through the door after school and the anxiety…

  • Self Doubt is Our Enemy

SELF-DOUBT is our enemy! I’m often riddled with self-doubt… it’s something that REALLY frustrates me.  It holds me back when I know I should take a giant leap forward.
